Why Real Madrid is the best ''Club'' in the world read and share your thought we us''
In this post, I would take a brief insight into their, as some say, B team. Many clubs would be more than happy to have this as their starting lineup. This lineup is my opinion. I honestly think that James and Morata will depart and Mbappe would come in. I believe Mbappe and especially Marcos Llorente will find a place in the first XI gradually. But for now they are subject to discussion over here.
GK: Kiko Casilla. Casilla has proved to be an able backup in absence of Navas last season. There were some rumours of him joining Tottenham but I think they'll not come to fruition as he would still be second choice there behind Lloris. An able keeper who rarely made mistakes last season, he would be a starter in the Copa del Rey.
Defence:
CBs: Vallejo and Nacho. Nacho's versatility at the back was a huge plus point last season. Vallejo comes following a successful loan stint at Frankfurt. The only worries regarding these two is their inability to win aerial duels. Vallejo will improve under the guidance of Ramos and with him and Nacho, I'm quite confident that they'll put up an impressive defence against the lower sides.
Fullbacks: Theo and Danilo. Danilo has been linked to Juventus. While this seems a good deal to many of us this won't be happening unless they have a backup option. Some youth players are there like Achraf but he needs time to grow into the first team. In all probability Danilo won't move. And he has put up some impressive displays later this season after some disturbing performances earlier. Quite good for a backup.
Meanwhile Theo is the new arrival and would be a marauder on the left flank. His pace is a big plus and his dribbling and crossing are not bad either. they din't have a like to like backup for Marcelo last season. This man provides just that. He's quite adept at defending and he's a good replacement for Marcelo in the long term. Some people say that he reminds them of a young Bale but lets not get our hopes that high.
Midfield: Real Madrid are very well stocked in midfield.
CDM:Llorente is a pickpocket. He's not Casemiro. Casemiro is a hard tackler. Llorente is not. He cuts off the passing lanes. Vicente del Bosque said that Llorente is the next Busquets and he is the player who excites me the most in the new arrivals. Llorente is also a good passer of the ball and marshalls the midfield quite well as we saw in the Under-21 Euros recently.
CMs: Ceballos and Kovacic. I don't reckon Kovacic will go to Tottenham this summer neither will Ceballos be loaned back again to Betis. These two are great dribblers of the ball and have good passing range for their age. Both will only improve from here on. Zidane must play them both regularly at Modric's expense as they both would battle out to be his replacement in a few years from now.
Forwards: Asensio, Mbappe and Vazquez. Asensio has proven his mettle this season. His control of the ball and shooting from distance make him a lethal force going forward. He can also fall deep and try to create chances as we saw recently in the Euros.
Vazquez is good on the right wing but there is just one drawback of him. His finishing is too poor. Needs to work on this. I dont reckon he'll ever nail a spot in the first team but he's a good backup and also provides goal scoring chances which other players are more than good to convert.
Mbappe. Yes he will come. I hope he doesn't turn out like Pato. He's numbers are wild and shockingly good for a 18 year old and I hope that he continues to build on this. Cristiano would be the teacher at Madrid which he needs. I hope that he'll have a decent season at Madrid next year and would explode in the World Cup for France.
Real madrid squad strength is ridiculously good. Expecting more success than ever in the upcoming season.
